Hydroxylethylethylenediamine is a colorless sticky liquid ,its melting point 243.7℃（0.098 MPa）,relative density 1.034（20/20 ℃），flash point 135℃ ,it can be dissolved in water and alcohol, and have alkali property , ammonia odor, carbon dioxide in air can be absorbed and Hydroxylethylethylenediamine turns to yellow .
